Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Mark Supreme collects, uses, and protects information when you use the product.
1. Information we collect
We collect information needed to operate the service, including:
- Account details from GitHub OAuth or passwordless email authentication.
- Repository information you ask us to analyze, including README and release content. Private repository access requires your authenticated GitHub permission.
- Workspace data you create, such as projects, campaigns, generated or edited posts, schedules, media, and platform settings.
- Billing status and transaction references provided by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.
- Operational telemetry, like API logs, job status, error diagnostics, and abuse-prevention counters.
- Tracked link metrics (for example clicks and CTR) tied to your campaign content.
- First-party site analytics such as a random visitor identifier, page path, referrer, UTM attribution, and product-funnel events.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to provide and improve Mark Supreme, including to:
- Authenticate users and secure sessions.
- Generate, schedule, and publish campaign content.
- Deliver analytics and product insights.
- Understand whether landing pages, the free release-post generator, and onboarding help users complete a useful calendar.
- Detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service reliability.
3. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers and integrations required to operate the product (for example hosting, authentication, AI generation, email, payments, storage, analytics infrastructure, or social platform APIs), or when required by law.
4. Data retention
We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after deletion where needed for security, legal compliance, and fraud prevention. Anonymous free-generator results and claim tokens are kept temporarily so you can continue into the calendar wizard; aggregate analytics and security records may be retained longer.
5. Local storage and first-party analytics
Mark Supreme uses browser local storage for sessions, a random visitor identifier, first-touch campaign attribution, saved wizard progress, and interface preferences. We use first-party analytics to measure visits and activation steps. Funnel events do not include magic-link tokens, session tokens, or full page query strings.
6. Security
We implement administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us. You can also revoke connected platform permissions through relevant provider settings.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by updating the date above.
